Using Evenor
Evenor provides a Moon Calendar, lunar date lookup, reflective lunar guidance, and optional Studio tools for creating captions, hooks, carousel outlines, and saved drafts. You are responsible for how you use the app and any content you create with it.
Accounts and Sign-In
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not use another person's account without permission.
Subscriptions and Purchases
- Evenor may offer paid Pro features through auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases.
- Purchases are billed through your Apple App Store account and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store account settings before the renewal date.
- You can manage, cancel, or restore purchases through the App Store and the app's restore purchase option where available.
- Prices, trial availability, included features, and subscription terms may change as allowed by platform rules and applicable law.
Generated Content and Drafts
Studio output may be generated with automated systems and may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and legally clearing any content before publishing or relying on it.
No Professional Advice
Evenor is for informational, reflective, and creative use only. Lunar and astrology-related content is not medical, mental health, financial, legal, safety, relationship, or other professional advice. Do not use Evenor to make urgent, high-risk, or professional decisions.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Evenor to create harmful, misleading, harassing, discriminatory, fear-based, or guaranteed claims.
- Do not use Evenor to make medical, financial, legal, safety-critical, or deterministic predictions about yourself or others.
- Do not submit sensitive personal, private client, medical, financial, or confidential information in prompts, drafts, or support messages.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the app, backend, accounts, or infrastructure.
- Do not use Evenor in a way that violates laws, platform rules, intellectual property rights, or the rights of others.
Your Content
You keep ownership of content you submit and drafts you create. You give us permission to process, store, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide Evenor, including generation, editing, syncing, support, security, and service improvement.
Evenor Content and Intellectual Property
The app, website, design, branding, software, lunar data presentation, and other Evenor materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Evenor except as allowed by these terms or applicable law.
Availability and Changes
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Lunar data, AI features, subscription offerings, pricing, usage limits, and platform availability may change. We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, data loss, or unavailable features beyond what applicable law requires.
App Store Terms
If you downloaded Evenor from the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for Evenor or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms for purposes of enforcing applicable App Store requirements.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Evenor is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, or business interruption arising from your use of Evenor.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for Evenor or other users, or use the service in a harmful or unlawful way. You may stop using Evenor at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as Evenor changes. The updated date above shows when the latest version took effect. Continued use of Evenor after changes means you accept the updated terms.
